What inspired Shelbe Shop?

My journey with Shelbe Shop started with a dream to bring more inclusivity into the clothing space. My background in fashion, art & retail has inspired me to create a brand that celebrates gender & size diversity. Every piece is carefully selected & artistically reworked, reflecting my commitment to celebrating individuality. I don't just modify apparel; I transform it into a piece of wearable art that is cool & comfortable.

In house, small batch production

My creations meld artistry with skilled craftsmanship. Each garment, dyed with vibrant acid washes & fiber reactive dyes, serves as an expressive canvas. From hand-carved block prints to screen-printed designs using acrylic inks, each piece is printed in small production in house. This meticulous process ensures each piece's uniqueness, with slight variations that celebrate the individuality of handcrafted apparel.

Perfect Fit Today, Tomorrow, Always

Each piece in the collection undergoes a pre-washing & pre-shrinking process during its dye journey, ensuring that what you feel on the first wear remains unchanged through countless washes at home. Even the non-dyed garments arrive pre-shrunk, sourced from my trusted distributors who share a commitment to quality & durability. My pieces are not just made for you but made to stay true to you, wash after wash.

FAQ

What dyes do you use?

We use acid wash and fiber reactive dyes to design our clothing.

What Dyeing and Printing Techniques Does Shelbe Shop Use?

Shelbe Shop uses acid wash and fiber reactive dyes for dyeing. For printing, garments are hand-printed with washable inks. Block printed items use hand-carved linoleum blocks and oil-based, non-toxic ink, while screen printed items are made with permanent acrylic inks.

How Should I Care for Different Dyes and Prints?

For acid wash items, washing in warm water and low tumble dry is recommended, with no risk of dye bleeding. For fiber reactive dyed items, washing separately in cold water initially is advised. Printed garments should be treated with cold water and low tumble dry.

What Are the Order Fulfillment and Shipping Timeframes?
