All items are hand made in small batches & are final sale.
Exchanges
If your sizing is not feeling right, I do accept exchanges within 14 days of your order’s arrival. I do hold the right to decline an exchange if the item is worn and/ or not in a sellable condition upon its arrival.
To make an exchange request, please include these items in your email:
1. Item name, size and color you’d like to return
2. what item, size and color you would like instead
3. written confirmation the item is unworn
4. Is it an exchange via mail or via market?
exchange via mail: please include the address to where it will be sent.
*if approved for mail exchange: I will send a return label to download & print with a payment request for shipping fee. Although initial orders were shipped for free, I will cover the cost of one of the exchange via mail.
exchange via market: please include a desired market date & location you’d like to make the exchange. You can find my market date calendar here https://shelbeshop.com/pages/pop-up-markets
*If approved for an in person exchange, there will be no additional fees.
